30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with AdPatterns for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.
1. Free Trial
AdPatterns offers a 7-day free trial on paid plans. You will not be charged during the trial period. Your subscription becomes active on day 8 unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You can cancel your trial at any time from Settings → Subscription. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged and your account will revert to the free plan.
2. EU Right of Withdrawal
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from digital service subscriptions.
By starting a paid subscription or activating access to AdPatterns features, you expressly request immediate access to the digital service and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed. This is standard practice for digital SaaS services under EU law (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
Regardless of this, our 30-day money-back guarantee gives you more protection than the legal minimum. If you change your mind within 30 days of your first payment, we will refund you in full.

4. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Log in to AdPatterns
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until then. No fees, no penalties.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 30-day guarantee window:
- Email support@adpatterns.io from your registered email address
- Include your account email and the reason (optional - it helps us improve)
- We will process your refund within 5 business days
Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days to appear.
6. Plan Changes
If you upgrade or downgrade your plan mid-cycle, Stripe automatically applies prorated charges or credits. No manual action needed.
7. Account Termination by Us
If we terminate your account due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you are not entitled to a refund. If we terminate your account for any other reason (e.g., we discontinue the service), you will receive a prorated refund for unused time.
