Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AdPatterns ("the Service"), operated by AdPatterns, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AdPatterns is a SaaS platform that connects to your Meta (Facebook) Ads accounts via the Meta Marketing API to log, track, and surface changes made to your advertising campaigns, ad sets, and ads. The Service operates in read-only mode and does not modify your ad campaigns.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Meta API Access

By connecting your Meta account, you authorize AdPatterns to access your ad account data in read-only mode through the Meta Marketing API. This includes campaign structures, budget values, ad statuses, and related metadata. We never write to, modify, pause, or delete any of your Meta advertising objects.

5. Subscription and Billing

AdPatterns offers paid plans billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Prices are in USD. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Scrape, crawl, or automated-harvest data from the Service beyond normal use
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR and applicable EU data protection laws.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by AdPatterns. You retain ownership of your ad account data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

9. Meta Platform Policy

AdPatterns operates under the Meta Marketing API Terms of Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with Meta's Platform Policy. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. AdPatterns does not store your Meta password or authentication tokens beyond what is required to maintain the API connection. If Meta revokes API access or modifies their platform, certain features of AdPatterns may become unavailable and we accept no liability for such changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

AdPatterns is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all Meta Ads changes will be captured. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed ad changes, budget errors, or campaign performance issues. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Security Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
